Sara: Around 8 years old but I have been around the ocean my whole life.

What do you love about surfing in Huntington Beach?

Sara: I know how to surf HB Pier, it feels like home. It makes me feel happy and the waves are usually good. I like surfing with my friends, family, and HBHS Surf Team.

Cruz: I love surfing and having fun with everyone out in the water everyday!

What is your favorite break?

Sara: Huntington Beach Pier!

What does belonging to HB’s surf community mean to you?

Sara: It means the world to me! I feel so lucky to surf with such a iconic group of people daily who are fun to be with; in and out of the water!

Cruz: It is all I know, they are my friends and family!
